  • Failure to reach an agreement on new terms may lead to a mutual termination of the contract.

Payment Process:

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring payments are made on time to prevent delays or interruptions in service.

4. Contract Termination

Clients may terminate their agreement by submitting a written request to amit@firebrand-media.org.

Termination Policy:

  • Requests must be made at least two weeks before the next billing cycle.

  • Payments already processed are non-refundable.

  • Any outstanding payments are due upon termination of the service agreement.

We reserve the right to terminate services in cases of non-compliance with these terms, including failure to meet payment obligations.

5. Data Security and Privacy

We prioritize the security and confidentiality of all client data, including phone numbers and other contact details. Our measures include:

  • Storing data in secure, encrypted environments with controlled access.
